These Terms govern your use of the Paradoxworn storefront and purchases made through it. By using the store, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the footer.
Store use
You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate order, billing, and delivery information. You may not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it abusively, transmit malicious code, or use store content to violate another party’s rights.
Products and descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, dimensions, and details accurately. Screen settings, garment washing, print placement, and production variation may cause small differences. These normal variations are not defects.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Prices and payment
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the final order total.

Processing, delivery, return, and refund terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges pages and form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
Store design, text, graphics, logos, artwork, and other content are owned by Paradoxworn or used with permission. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the store for personal shopping.
Third-party services
The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and Paradoxworn is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Paradoxworn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after publication means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
