Paradoxworn respects artists, copyright owners, trademark owners, and other rights holders. We aim to publish original artwork and review designs before release.
Store content
Unless otherwise stated, Paradoxworn owns or is authorized to use the store’s branding, copy, layouts, graphics, product imagery, and artwork. Personal purchase of a product does not transfer reproduction, distribution, or commercial-use rights.
Reporting a concern
If you believe content on the store infringes your rights, email paradoxworn@hotmail.com with the subject “IP Notice” and include the work or mark at issue, the store URL, your contact details, an explanation of the claimed right, and a statement that your notice is accurate and made in good faith.
Review process
We may request additional information, temporarily restrict disputed content, contact the submitting party, or remove content while a claim is reviewed. Knowingly false or misleading notices may create legal liability.
No authorization to copy
Product references, mood labels, and archive language do not authorize third parties to reproduce Paradoxworn artwork, photography, page designs, or brand assets.
