30-Day Return Window
We accept eligible return or exchange requests made within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
Eligible items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odor or damage, and returned in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Non-returnable items
- Items showing wear, washing, alteration, odor, stains, pet hair, or customer-caused damage.
- Gift cards, final-sale items, or items clearly marked non-returnable before purchase.
- Products returned without authorization or outside the stated window.
Return shipping
Unless an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable. Use a trackable service; we cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on availability. To avoid delays, we may recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.
