Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding U.S. holidays. Most messages receive a reply within 1–2 business days.
For order help
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of what you need. For a damaged or incorrect item, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Before contacting us
- Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours after a shipping label is created.
- Order changes are not guaranteed after production begins.
