What does “washed” mean?
The garment is treated for a softer, broken-in appearance. Wash character and shade can vary slightly from piece to piece, which is part of the intended finish.
How do the tees fit?
The launch direction is a relaxed unisex, boxy silhouette. Check the Size Guide and product-page measurements before ordering.
What is 240gsm?
GSM describes fabric weight. A 240gsm body is heavier than a typical lightweight promotional tee and is intended to feel substantial without being a sweatshirt.
When will my order ship?
Most orders require approximately 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. A tracking email is sent when the package leaves.
Where do you ship?
Launch orders currently ship to delivery addresses in the United States. International shipping is not enabled at this time.
How much is U.S. shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is $6.99 when the order subtotal after discounts is below $79 and free when the order subtotal after discounts reaches $79 or more. The final rate is shown at checkout before payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins, but we will help when the order status allows.
How should I wash the shirt?
Turn the tee inside out, machine wash cold with similar colors, use mild detergent, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible unworn and unwashed items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. See Returns & Exchanges for full conditions.
Are all designs original?
Our goal is to release original Paradoxworn concepts and artwork. Rights concerns can be reported through the Intellectual Property Rights page.
