Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. Changes are not guaranteed after production or shipment begins.
Threshold and final rate
All free-shipping thresholds use the order subtotal after discounts. Shipping charges are not counted toward the threshold. The SHOPLINE checkout result for the delivery address is the final rate.
Delays and split shipments
Weather, carrier capacity, customs, production volume, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping charge.
